We have a 2-Day return policy. We only accept returns for orders that get delivered to you in a damged condition. We do not accept returns for any other reason other than Damage.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 2 days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +919384134445 with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Please do not use the product and put it back in its original packaging. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If we accept your return, you can opt for a refund or a replacement. In both cases you will be sent a Label which you will have to take a printout and affix on the top of the package.
In case you opt for a refund we will arrange to get the product picked up from you. Once we receive the product which may take up to 3-6 days we would process a refund if the product is found with all its parts and accessories. In case some part of the product is found missing we might deduct a partial amount from the refund amount.
If you opt for a replacement, once the product reaches us we will ship the new product from our side.
