We have a 2-Day return policy. We only accept returns for orders that get delivered to you in a damged condition.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 2 days of delivery at email@example.com or call us at +919384134445 with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Please do not use the product and put it back in its original packaging. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If we accept your return, you can opt for a refund or a replacement. In both cases you will be sent a Label which you will have to take a printout and affix on the top of the package.
In case you opt for a refund we will arrange to get the product picked up from you. Once we receive the product which may take up to 3-6 days we would process a refund if the product is found with all its parts and accessories. In case some part of the product is found missing we might deduct a partial amount from the refund amount.
If you opt for a replacement, once the product reaches us we will ship the new product from our side.
If you want to return your product for any other reason like wrong size ordered etc. we will accept it. But, we will be deducting the courier charge we incurred while sending you the product and while taking it back from you.
